Turkey’s Besiktas will go to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) after the affirmation of penalty by UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body.
Besiktas had the opportunity to appeal the decisions of the UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body (CDB) to the UEFA Appeals Body, after the ban of one year from European cups.
Besiktas’s member of board Melih Sami Esen stated that they would go to the court before the UEFA cup draw, adding, “this was a heavy decision. We will defend the benefit of Besiktas with our best.”
Esen also said that decision could be juridical; however, every judicial decision could not be fair.
