Istanbul has made $52.21 billion worth of exports, accounting for around 42 percent of total Turkish exports in ten months.

Fourteen Turkish provinces made over a billion dollars worth of exports each in the first ten months of 2013, according to the data of Turkish Exporters’ Assembly (TIM).
Turkey’s Istanbul province has made $52.21 billion worth of exports, accounting for around 42 percent of total Turkish exports in ten months as Turkish exports hit 124,35 billion dollars in the January-October 2013 period.
Bursa province with $10.67 billion and Kocaeli province with $10.56 billion took the second and third place respectively and have made over $10 billion dollars of exports in the first ten months of 2013.
Turkish capital Ankara ranked fourth with $5.89 billion worth of exports after Izmir with $7.29 billion in exports in 10 months.
