The General Staff said denied media reports that the United States had sent military personnel to Turkey following tensions along the Turkish-Syrian border.
“There are no US military personnel and unit deployed in Turkey except for those at Incirlik Base in Adana, at Kurecik in Malatya and at the US Embassy in Ankara,” the General Staff said.
