Foreign Ministers of Turkey, Russia and Iran met in Astana to discuss developments in Syria.
Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu visited Astana on 15-16 March 2018 to attend the meeting on Syria, which was hosted by Kazakhstan with the participation of Foreign Ministers of Turkey, Russian Federation and Iran.
At the meeting held on March 16, progress made so far at Astana meetings was reviewed and possible steps to be taken in the period ahead were evaluated.
On the same date, Foreign Ministers of Turkey, Russian Federation and Iran met with President Nursultan Nazarbayev of Kazakhstan and discussed developments in Syria.
