Renowned Turkish actor Levent Kırca who died of liver cancer early on Oct. 12 in Istanbul at age of 67, was laid to rest in Istanbul on Oct. 13 after a funeral ceremony in Levent Mosque.
Kırca has put his mark on an era in Turkey’s political satire in 1990s with his satirical TV sketch called “Olacak O Kadar,” touching on the public’s problems in a critical and comedic way.
