Russian President Vladimir Putin is set to pay a visit in Turkey on October 14 for a high level cooperation meeting.
Putin will participate in the third edition of the Turkey-Russia High Level Cooperation Council.
A large delegation of Russian cabinet ministers and bureaucrats is expected to accompany Putin on his visit which is set to discuss bilateral cooperation as well as international and regional matters.
