Syrian fighter jets bombed three different areas of Ras al Ain on Tuesday.
After the attack, many Syrian citizens fled towards Turkish border.
At the same time, Turkish citizens were in panic after hearing the attacks which were close to Ceylanpinar town of Turkey.
Turkish forces warned citizens to stay away from the border for their own safety.
On Monday, Syrian nationals left after Syrian aircraft bombed the strategic border town of Ras al-Ain, killing and wounding several people.
One dies after Syrian air attack
One Syrian citizen was killed as Syrian warplanes continued to hit Ras al Ain, a town close to the Turkish border on Tuesday morning.
After the bombing of Syrian jets, many Syrian citizens fled towards Turkish border.
4 wounded people were brought to Ceylanpinar town of Turkey, however one of them died at the Ceylanpinar State Hospital.
Syrians, who fled from attacks, included women and children. After passing from Turkish border, Syrians were sent to Telhamut tent city by Turkish troops.
Five Syrian soldiers defect to Turkey
Five soldiers from Syrian army defected to Turkey on Tuesday.
One major, one lieutenant, two first lieutenants and one sergeant, who left the Syrian army, have crossed border as they demanded to take shelter in Turkey.
The soldiers, who came from Idlib city of Syria, entered Turkey via Hatay city, and were sent to Apaydin camp.
Global media establishes base in Ceylanpinar
Turkey’s south-eastern town of Ceylanpinar has virtually turned into a media base for both local and international reporters who want to cover the clashes and developments in the Syrian town of Ras al Ayn.
Fierce clashes have been taking place in Ras al Ayn town between Syrian troops and the Free Syrian Army (FSA) forces for the past one week.
The region has been under an air attack by the Syrian army for the past two days.
Dozens of local and international media groups, including Anadolu Agency (AA), have reporters waiting in Ceylanpinar to cover the developments at the Turkish-Syrian border.
Many media organizations provide live coverage from the region.
