During a conference in Turkey, Turkish analyst Mete Yarar spoke about the developments in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
According to the Turkish Haberler, Yarar noted in his speech that in recent years Azerbaijan has been seriously engaged in replenishing its military equipment and training its armed forces.
According to the Turkish analyst, if the current conflict in Karabakh continues, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Ukraine could join NATO, and this will put Russia in a bad situation.
