Up to 40,000 refugees have settled in camps on the Turkish border inside Syria due to the latest wave of immigration caused by Russian-backed Syrian government forces.
A diplomatic initiative with Russia and Syria is needed to prevent further waves of immigration that could also impact Europe.
In the last week, there has been a wave of migration due to the Russian bombardment, causing around 40,000 people to flee to the Turkish border.
Earlier on Friday, the United States, Russia and more than a dozen other nations reached an agreement in Munich to cease hostilities in Syria and provide humanitarian aid.
