Turkey is fighting a ferocious combat with the terrorist PKK. It is an on-going war for more than 30 years. The combat is quite recent. It’s modeled on stillborn plans on both sides. The Turkish plan consists of one single substance: The war on terrorists and not terrorism.
Fail to remember about prime mover of terrorism, defeat as many terrorists as possible. This strategy fails to bear fruit in a long-run and it fails. Turkish security forces killed more than 400 terrorists in a month, and the Prime Minister ERDOGAN has an inspiring hope that this will cause the terrorists to go down from the mountains and to continue their normal lives in Turkey’s cities. But each terrorist killed means a family in suffering, a mother cursing. 500 terrorists who have been killed in a single month! This means that it was recorded a new hate in the hearts of five hundred families. The plan of the PKK is quite simple: “Pain your enemy till they’re driven to pain your ethnic base”.
The PKK isn’t persuading Kurdish youngsters to go and battle for an uncertain cause which the leaders of the organization can’t specify. It’s the Turkish army, raped by the deathly assaults of PKK terrorists, who are swelling the camps with new conscripts. The higher the count of terrorists killed, the little young Kurds on the street trust in a potential peace. The truth that the PKK’s public relations machine acts better than that of the state in the area and among Kurdish youngsters explains why this is the case but then the government has to establish a way out of the mountains.
