Singer, David Bowie, one of the most influential musicians of his era, has died of cancer at the age of 69. Tributes have been paid from around the world to the “extraordinary artist”, whose last album, Blackstar, was released just days ago.
Some of Bowie’s best known songs are Let’s Dance, Changes, Heroes, Under Pressure and Rebel Rebel, just to name a few.
David Bowie was also well-known for creating his flamboyant alter ego, Ziggy Stardust.
His last album, Blackstar is on its way to becoming number one in the UK on Friday.
