At least three were killed and one person injured when a military service member attacked fellow soldiers at a military base in Russian city of Voronezh, RT reported.
Media reports said a service member armed with an axe attacked a group of people, managed to seize an automatic rifle and then opened fire.
Details of what had happened are yet to be clarified.
